2. Service Description

MoveOn is a vehicle provision application that connects users with transportation services in Pakistan. The App serves as a platform to facilitate bookings between users and vehicle service providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must register with accurate, complete information and keep your account details updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Conduct

When using MoveOn, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the App for any illegal purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Engage in abusive behavior toward drivers or other users.

5. Booking and Payments

• All prices displayed in the App are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Fare estimates are provided before booking but may change based on actual route, time, and traffic conditions.
• Payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets as available in your region.
• Cancellation fees may apply for rides canceled after a driver has been assigned.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but MoveOn may be occasionally unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveOn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of MoveOn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
