Follow these simple steps to delete your MoveOn account and associated data.
Before You Proceed
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal information, booking history, and preferences will be deleted from our system.
How to Delete Your Account
Step-by-Step Guide
Log In
To begin the account deletion process, ensure you are logged into your account through the app. Without logging in, you won't be able to access the necessary settings.
Navigate to the Profile Page
Once you are logged in, go to the Profile page located within the app. This is where you can manage your account settings and preferences.
Click on "Delete Account"
On the Profile page, you will find the "Delete Account" option. Click on this button to initiate the account deletion process. Make sure this is what you want, as the action is irreversible.
Request Processing
After you click "Delete Account", we will receive your deletion request. Our team will carefully process the request, and within 2–3 business days, your account and all associated personal information will be permanently erased from our system.

If your account is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to retain your information for legal and security purposes. This helps us maintain a safe and compliant platform for all users.
